We headed from San Antonio towards the Mexico border on the 3rd Dec/09. We decided to use the Columbia crossing. No line up and easy to find. I am inserting a link to a pdf for instructions on what to do when you get there. Documents/ColumbiaCrossingcroped-2.pdf We had no problems. They are checking for alcohol, so you need to not exceed the limit or if you do exceed the limit, then declare it and there is a 15 percent duty. If you don't declare it, first you will receive a fine and you will still pay the duty. In order are the following places we have been or will be going to see while we are here. We had planned on doing the East coast first, but took a slight detour through the interior and then above Mexico city to the East coast.
