Mexico 2008

Acapulco is our southern most point and then we turn around and head inland to Patzcuaro, Guadalajara ,Tequila and back to Mazatlan for a few more weeks.

We will depart Mazatlan on the 18th of Feb. We decided to leave before Marti Gras which is from the 19th-24th Feb. It is the third largest Carnival in the world just behind Brazil and New Orleans!!! Just a few too many people for us.

We then head directly North towards the US border. We plan on stopping at Puerto Penasco on the way as John thought I might like to see it. He saw the town when he was deployed with 42 RDR SQN.
