whale watching, cave painting & other ecological tours.
Although we were packed in there a bit this was a good campground
experience overall. Close to town, excellent restaurant bar and
gift shop on site, well run, clean and close to whale watching venues
etc. If you are heading for points south and want to take a break
from the road for a few days this place will fit the bill for you.
Anything from small B's to large A's will fit but the A's went in a
separate lot behind the main area. Fairly easy in and out for the
main rigs as they open a second gate when you leave. Upgrades and
additions were being done while we were there and there is a tourist
booth on site. Close to groceries and most importantly, taco
stands. In a ten minute walk I ate at three different Taco
stands. Below is a spiel we found on the internet. I don't
like quoting prices as they change but it'll give you an idea. Oh,
it also has a nice little motel attached.
